Keith Andrews
Keith Andrews is the Managing Broker Owner of Alpha Zulu Realty. After his Army service, Keith entered the high-tech sector and climbed the corporate ladder, working long hours and sacrificing his time. Eventually, he discovered the BRRRR method, which allowed him to start building a portfolio of rental properties in Colorado Springs. This success ultimately enabled him to leave the rat race and focus on real estate investing full-time, living life on his own terms.
In 2019, Keith earned his real estate license and began helping other investors build their portfolios while mentoring landlords. He also hosts the popular real estate podcast The Real Estate Junkie, where he shares expert insights, interviews industry leaders, and provides actionable tips for investors looking to grow their wealth through real estate.
With a hands-on approach and extensive experience, Keith has developed strong connections with contractors, lenders, and other real estate professionals, maximizing returns for himself and his clients. His passion for real estate and dedication to helping others succeed inspired him to co-found Alpha Zulu Realty with Robert, creating a property management company built for investors by investors.
As Managing Broker Owner, Keith continues to leverage his expertise to guide clients toward financial success through smart real estate strategies and effective property management.

Robert Johnson
Rob realized real estate was the best way to grow his family's wealth when his first house appreciated 60% in four years. He dove into the books and podcasts, started going to meetups, and bought as many houses as he could get his hands on while he and his wife both served active duty in the Army. When the banks stopped giving him traditional conforming mortgages, he started raising private capital and buying seller financed deals. He currently has a modest portfolio with properties in four different states and plans to buy a few each year going forward.
All but one of Robs properties are self-managed, including the ones out-of-state. This was not by choice, but PMs who didn't fix holes in the walls before renters moved in, didn't know what a HELOC was, charged him for vacant properties, or went on vacation with no backfill to even answer the phone were simply not hirable. For years, he planned to start a property management company that lived up to his standards. Moving to Colorado Springs and meeting Keith was the catalyst they both needed to jump into it. A quick handshake, a broker's license, and blending each of their best management methods was all it took for Alpha Zulu Realty to be born.
Jayson Ewert
Jayson is an Army veteran and experienced real estate investor who specializes in helping military personnel and first-time investors build wealth through real estate. He started out house hacking while serving as an Army Officer and was able to build a sizable rental portfolio across Washington, Minnesota, and Colorado.
His passion for real estate began after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, which inspired him to pursue property investing as a path to financial freedom. After leaving the military, Jayson transitioned into full-time real estate investing, focusing on long-term rentals, short-term rentals, and multifamily properties.
Now expanding into larger multifamily investments in Colorado Springs, Jayson continues to help others achieve their financial goals. He recently shared his strategies and insights on the BiggerPockets Rookie Podcast – Episode 426.
